SSP Post Matric Scholarship Karnataka
Scholarships are provided to those pursuing higher education beyond class 10th through the SSP Karnataka post matric scholarship program. Aspirants from the OBC, SC, ST, etc. categories are eligible to apply for this scholarship. In order to allow students to continue their education, the government will introduce various scholarship programs through this scholarship program. This scholarship program is for 11th or 12th graders, diploma students, or students seeking admission into government or private institutions of higher education, or those seeking vocational education in ITI and technical programs, etc.

SSP Post Matric Scholarship Karnataka Eligibility Criteria
- To qualify for the scholarship, the student’s parents or guardians must not have an annual income exceeding 2.5 lakh. The scholarship is therefore available to them.
- All children of the same family are eligible for the scholarship.
- Any recognized post-matriculation or postsecondary course in a recognized institution is eligible for the scholarships. Certain courses, such as those for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers or Private Pilot Licenses, are the only exceptions.
- Scholarships are available for students who belong to Scheduled Tribes communities and who have passed their matriculation or higher secondary school exams. They are also eligible if they have passed any higher examination of a recognized university.
- Those on a leave of absence from their employer can also apply.
- It is also open to students enrolled in correspondence courses.
- Scholarships or stipends from the government are not allowed for students.
- The Karnataka Scholarship 2023 is not available to students who have received coaching in any government examination.

SSP Post Matric Scholarship Karnataka Eligibility Criteria

Defence Scholarship: ST/SC aspirants’ parents must be serving in the army, navy, or air force as junior officers or non-commissioned officers. |

| Department of backward class welfare | Applicants must be permanent residents of Karnataka for fee reimbursements and post-matric scholarships. The annual family income requirement for category 1 students is Rs 2.5 lakh, and for category 2A, 3A, 3B and other OBC students, it is Rs 100000. |

SSP Post Matric Scholarship Karnataka Process to Create Account
- In order to access the state scholarship portal, you must first visit its official website
- You will be taken to the home page
- Click on the create account link on the home page
- You will then be presented with a new page.
- Choosing a plan is required on this new page
- Your caste/class must now be selected
- Please select your institute/college’s district and taluk
- You must click on yes after that if you have your Aadhaar number
- All Aadhaar-related information must be entered and the submission button must be clicked
- Afterwards, your mobile number and email address must be entered
- On your mobile number, you will receive an OTP, which must be entered into the box
- In order to proceed with this step, please provide details about your caste certificate, including the number of your caste certificate, your religion, and your category.
- Your income certificate information needs to be entered now
- Ration card details must be entered as well if you have one
- Your password must now be created and submitted
