Eligibility Criteria of CG Scholarship

To apply for the CG Scholarship portal, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1.	Pre-Matric Scholarship for SC/ST/OBC Students	SC/ST/OBC	A pre-matriculated student should apply. A family income of INR 2 lakh should be the maximum for the applicant.
2.	Rajya Chatra Vritti Scheme	SC/ST/OBC	SC/ST/OBC students in classes 3 to 5 or SC/ST/OBC students in classes 6 to 8 may apply if their family does not fall under the Income Tax laws. Land owned by the applicant’s family should not exceed 10 acres.
3.	Post Matric Scholarship for SC/ST/OBC Students	SC/ST/OBC	SC/ST applicants should not have an annual family income exceeding INR 2.50 lakh. OBC applicants should not have an income exceeding INR 1 lakh per year. They must be studying at the post-matriculation level.
4.	Kanya Saksharta Protsahan Yojana	SC/ST	Applicants should be female students. Students in class 5 or higher are eligible to apply.
5.	Unclean Business Scholarship Scheme	SC/ST/OBC	Students in grades 1-5 are eligible to apply. Students of families working in the following occupations are eligible for the scheme, rather than on a class basis: Scavenging families Flayer families Tanners Waste picking/collection families There is no income restriction except that applicants must provide a family’s annual income certificate.
6.	Chief Minister Gyan Protsahan Initiative Scheme	For All	Either a 10th or 12th grade student may apply. Applicants should have meritorious academic records. Candidates must study at the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the Indian Council of Secondary Education (ICSE), or the Chhattisgarh Secondary Education Board (CGBSE).
7.	Disabled Scholarship Scheme	For All	Applicants must be regular students in a school, college, or technical school. A disability of 40% or more is required for an applicant. Applicants’ families should not earn more than INR 8,000 per month.
8.	DTE CG Scholarship	For All	A minimum of 60% marks must be achieved in class 12 by the applicants. All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approval is required for the institution from which the applicant has passed.
