Uttarkanya Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Uttarkanya Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be Indian citizens and permanent residents of West Bengal.
- Have completed their education under the State Board/Council of Secondary Education or a State-aided University in West Bengal.
- Currently be in West Bengal.
- Have an annual family income not exceeding Rs. 60,000.
- Achieve a minimum of 65% marks in the Madhyamik exam, 60% in Higher Secondary, or 55% in the Undergraduate course.
- Not receive financial assistance from state or central government schemes.
