Benefits of Scholarship
- In the 1st year, recipients receive 75% of the total Institutional Economic Cost, up to a maximum of USD 4,000 annually.
- In the 2nd year, students achieving a cumulative 50% marks receive the same benefits.
- Those securing less than 50% but passing obtain 90% of the scholarship.
- For students promoted but not securely passing, 50% of the scholarship is awarded.
SPDC Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be Persons of Indian Origin (PIO), Non-Resident Indians (NRI), or children of Indian Workers in ECR countries.
- Age range: 17 to 21 years.
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks in the 12th standard examination.
- Family income should not exceed US$ 5000 annually.
- Enrollment in undergraduate courses across various disciplines.
