  • The student with a permanent residence of J&K and falls in the category SC/OBC/EBC/PC/DNT.
  • Those who are pursuing in the post-matriculation level within or outside Jammu and Kashmir at a government or government recognized institution.
  • Family Annual Income should not be more than the asked by the department as per the category.
    • OBC, EBC & PC – 1 Lakh.
    • SC & DNT – 2.5 Lakh.
3 KEI High school Scholarship Program (HSSP).
  • The student with a permanent residence of J&K and studying in class 9 are only eligible
  • Students must have more than 75% marks in the 8th DIET State Exam.
  • The Family Annual Income should be less than 3 lakh.
4 KEI Post Graduate Scholarship Program (PGSP).
  • Students from the Kashmir who are pursuing MA/MSc/MCom/MTech courses can apply for this scholarship.
  • Students pursuing integrated courses like BBA-MBA, LLB-LLM or BCA-MCA are also eligible.
  • The Family Annual Income should be less than 3 lakh.
5 Combined Counselling Board (CCB) Scholarship, J&K.
